KOMBIS MT
KOMBISMT 5500 is
intended for small size squeeze laminate tube
production. The standard machine handles ABL (Aluminum
Barrier Laminate) with aluminum layer thickness from 12
to 20 µm. The total web thickness has to be between 175
and 275 µm.The foil should be wound around a reel with
core diameter 150 mm.
The basic machine consists of two main units:
Tube body making module;
Tube module.
The machine use injection molded plastic shoulders and
caps. The web to be used may be printed first along its
length.
The control of the KOMBIS MT 5500 is based on a
computer. All movements are controlled, which ensures
high reliability and safety. The machine can be
connected to a local computer network and to Internet
for remote monitoring and control.
The welds of the tube body and the shoulder are made by
high-frequency transistor generators, which guarantee
excellent quality of welding with high reliability.
