Developing our technology we created - KOMBIS 5550 – a laminate tube line for ABL and PBL squeeze tube production.
The line is capable of making tubes with diameters up to 2”. It is equipped with a computer control, which makes the operation and the adjustment of the modes very convenient and easy. There are many improvements in comparison with previous models. The line is equipped with new safety doors and covers. A new method for take away the ready product allows maintaining the tube orientation, which facilitates attaching to the line additional equipment for filling or packaging of the tubes.

KOMBIS 5550 automatic line can be optionally equipped with additional modules to extend its basic functionality.
The modular principle in the machine is a main concept. The tool change has been simplified. This reduces considerably the readjustment time and dos not require highly qualified personnel.
Additionally, a high-frequency top sealing module for attaching membranes to the tube shoulder is offered, elevators for automatic filling of the hoppers and a module for production of oval tubes as well as a module for production of PBL tubes.
The cap tightening is ensured by a separate module, which is standard element of this machine.
