KOMBIS FFS

Laminate tube line KOMBIS FFS produces squeeze laminate tubes of web with thickness 0.130 – 0.200 mm. The line is designed for production of low-cost plastic side seam tubes and many of the included mechanisms are simplified as much as possible.

The standard machine works with Aluminum Barrier Layer (ABL) laminate. Production of PBL (APL) laminate tubes is optional. The tube design is positioned lengthwise on the web likeall other KOMBIS lines. The required plastic shoulders and caps are usually pre-assembled together. They are fed into a vibrating hopper, from where they are transferred to the tube assembling area. The assembling of the caps to the shoulders is done on a separate machine – ACS-701M. The speed of the ACS-701M machine is 70 sets per minute and it enough to feed two squeeze laminate tube production lines with parts.

KOMBIS FFS automatic squeeze laminate tube line can be optionally equipped with additional modules to extend its basic functionality.

The modular principle in the machine is a main concept. The tool change has been simplified. This reduces considerably the readjustment time and dos not require highly qualified personnel.

Additionally, a cartoning module is offered, a module for production of oval tubes, as well as capping module for attaching stand up caps.
